Established in 1966 as the regional sales and service organization for Mitsubishi and Swearingen turbine aircraft and located at Campbell Airport in Bridgeville PA. Cheyenne Air Service became a Piper Corporate Aircraft Center and FAA certified repair station in 1976 shifting its focus to the Piper Cheyenne fleet of turboprop aircraft.
Cheyenne Air Service opened the doors of our 14,000 square foot Aircraft Maintenance and Repair facility at the Washington County Airport (KAFJ) in June of 1992.
Earning a reputation for quality and integrity the organization boasts a global customer base of corporate and private turbine and jet operators. Servicing the Cessna Citation, Beechcraft King Air and Piper Cheyenne fleets has become the mainstay of the organization. Our offerings have grown to include maintenance, structural repair, avionics, unbiased aircraft evaluation, parts support and 24/7 AOG response. The most recent product line addition is the Hawker series of aircraft.
Rebranded as Friend AirCare, Inc. (FAC) in October of 2013 to reflect these broader service offerings, the staff, location and customer focus have remained unchanged. Many of our factory trained technicians have 20 plus years of experience and are long time members of the FAC family.
